All orders are considered final only after the payment has been completed. 

Prepaid orders once placed cannot be refunded. The dispatch for the said orders can be deferred to a date of your preference uptil 15 days from the date of purchase.

In case we are informed prior to dispatching the product or you can opt for a store credit for the same amount, valid for 30 days from the date of issuing.
